STANDARD MIXERS

Thanks to proven mixing geometry, they guarantee thorough, fast and consistent mixing. Optionally, they can be equipped with cooking and cooling functions, and an integrated weighing device for accurate ingredient dosing. Karl Schnell blenders are characterized by their seamless welded construction, durable stainless steel frame and hopper, making them robust, reliable and long-lasting.

VACUUM MIXERS

In the process of mixing under vacuum, air is removed from the mixture during the mixing process. This method is extremely effective in minimizing the introduction of oxygen into the material. This has a significant inhibiting effect on the growth of microorganisms in the processed material, thereby reducing the number of germs. As a result, the products have a longer shelf life and retain their fresh appearance for a longer period of time.

Mixing under vacuum has another additional advantage: it improves the absorption of spices, additives and excipients into the material by opening the cells of the meat. In addition, reducing air bubbles in the mixture leads to a cut appearance of the final product that is denser and clearer during further processing. This benefits the overall quality and appearance of the final product.

MIXER WOLVEN

The versatile mixers with meat wolf function can be used in a variety of ways: as efficient mixers, meat wolves or a combination of both. Normally, these different applications require separate machines. Mixers with meat wool function, however, help save space, energy and labor.
